Where is located Belize Adventure?

 

We are located in the Better in Belize Eco-Village.
It is around 2h30 drive from the international airport (Belize City). To get here you need to head towards San Ignacio/Benque Viejo/Guatemala. Once you get to Benque Viejo, you have to stay on the Main road (George Price Boulevard) and go in direction of Guatemala until you reach the Long Lucky Supermarket and turn left to take a dirt road (Arenal / Hydro / Mollejon Road). From there, you need to drive on that dirt road for 10.5 Miles (35 minutes approx.) to reach the eco-village. See detailed directions.

Are there restaurants and/or convenience stores at the eco-village?

 

The eco-village is developping and we do not have restaurants or convenience store at this time. Although, we have organic gardens from which you can get some fresh products. On the same road, there is two restaurants within 10 minutes owned by two farm owners (Martz farm and William's). You can eat at those upon reservation. Otherwise you can always go to Benque or San Ignacio to buy groceries or eat at restaurants.

 

Is there a transportation service?

 

We do have a transportation service as well as activities available with our affiliated tour operator. Those services can be tailored to your needs.

 

What type of vehicle should I rent?

 

Should you decide to travel by your own, we strongly recommend renting a 4x4 since dirt roads in Belize are often damaged by the rainy season leaving pot holes and bumps behind…Welcome to the jungle off the beaten path experience!

 

If you are planning on going to Guatemala, we recommend Crystal Auto rental to get the paperwork to cross the borders.
